Index-freshness pipeline

Push-based freshness is now part of the infrastructure discipline. IndexNow notifies the Bing index — which grounds both ChatGPT search and Copilot — at publish time, and ChatGPT’s retrieval typically refreshes standard sites within 24–72 hours. For an embargoed gaming or hardware launch, this pipeline is how content becomes citable the hour the embargo lifts instead of days later.
Why this, mechanically. Bing coverage grounds two surfaces at once, so an unglamorous index-parity fix pays on both Copilot and ChatGPT search. Wiring IndexNow and sitemap pings into the publish path removes the manual step that otherwise delays every release, and staged embargo handling turns a launch from a scramble into a drill.
Deliverable. IndexNow and sitemap-ping automation in the CMS publish path; Bing coverage matched to Google coverage for everything you want cited; and a pre-staged embargo-to-citation flow that fires on embargo lift.
Finish line. Bing coverage matches Google for cited content, and a rehearsed embargo drill measures hours-to-first-appearance across surfaces.
Context: IndexNow: reality vs hype. Pattern: the IndexNow key template and XML sitemap.
